My first ever horsey session went incredibly well. Shot back in November 2007, I’d had my new 5D for only a day or so and easily filled up 12 gigs worth of memory cards from this session alone.
Star and Munchkin are owned and loved by Rebecca – it was immediately apparent that Rebecca absolutely dotes on her favourite equine companions. Star is a rather large but absolutely gorgeous Clydesdale / Standardbred cross, while his best buddy Munchkin is a Miniature Horse. Talk about a size difference!

Tully’s owners had tragically lost their 8 year old Weimeraner a few months ago. Tully was their third Weimeraner from the same breeder and arrived at 8 weeks – and just one week later I was photographing him at their home. He had the most energy I have even seen in a little puppy, he might look gentle and sweet in these pictures but rest assured a little Tully-monster lies beneath this cute veneer!

Tully’s Mum and Dad manage a holiday apartment complex in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast, so there is never any shortage of playmates and admirers (or people to beg food from).
