Session Pricing

The first step in booking a pet photography session with Charlotte Reeves Photography is deciding on your session type.

Standard Session - $250

Session includes:

On-location photo session for up to 2 pets
Shooting time of 1-2 hours
Includes 1-2 locations i.e. your home, local park, beach & dunes, urban or city, foreshore, country area etc (locations must be within 15 minutes of each other)
The best 30 images are carefully selected and edited to perfection in both colour and black & white
Choose from a full range of prints and products at your in-home Ordering Session - includes a custom slideshow, viewing of samples and product selection

Please note, there is a $300 minimum order requirement (final overall minimum cost for session + products is $550)

Digital Session - $750

If you’re just after digital images and do not wish to purchase any further products, the digital session is for you.

Session includes:

On-location photo session for up to 2 pets
Shooting time of 1-2 hours
Includes 1-2 locations i.e. your home, local park, beach & dunes, urban or city, foreshore, country area etc (locations must be within 15 minutes of each other)
The best 30 images are carefully selected and edited to perfection in both colour and black & white
Select and download your favourite 20 print quality images

Devotion Session - $150

If you and your pet’s time together is drawing to a close and you want some beautiful images documenting the love that you share, the discounted priority devotion session is the best option for you. Terminally ill pets only.

Session includes:

On-location photo session for 1 pet
Shooting time & location as appropriate (if two locations, they must be within 15 minutes of each other)
The best 20 images are carefully selected and edited to perfection in both colour and black & white
Choose from a full range of prints and products at your in-home Ordering Session - includes a custom slideshow, viewing of samples and product selection

Please note, there is a $300 minimum order requirement (final overall minimum cost for session + products is $450)

Extra Pets

If you have more than two pets you would like photographed, please add $50 per pet to the session price, up to a maximum of 4 pets total. For each additional pet, the number of final images will increase by 15.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates start at $550 and have all the inclusions of a standard session plus $300 order credit. You can also choose to add any collection (request a Pricing and Information Guide) to the gift in place of the order credit or alternately, you are welcome to include any amount over $300.

The beautiful professionally printed gift certificate can either be posted to you to give to them personally, or mailed directly to the recipient.

Making a Booking

Available session days book out quickly so please book at least 2 weeks in advance (except for Devotion Sessions which are priority-scheduled). Morning or afternoon sessions are available and I like to allow around two hours. Morning sessions begin early to catch the first light of the day and afternoon sessions finish around sunset. Due to seasonal changes, times will vary.

A $50 deposit will be required upon booking to secure your session. This fee is non-refundable. Please contact me to request a Pricing and Information Guide for full product pricing and additional information.

Payment Plans

To make my service more affordable, I offer a range of payment plans on all sessions. You can choose to pay an agreed amount per week which will be built into your session agreement, or you can split the payment into a few smaller amounts and pay fortnightly or even monthly. Prints and products are also available on payment plans. Payment can be made by cash, direct deposit or credit card (via Paypal). Please enquire for more details.
