News ~ Tails of Brisbane Project Launching Soon!

Exciting news for Brisbane dog owners!

Inspired by the Tails of Melbourne coffee table book created Caitlin McColl from Ragamuffin Pet Photography, I’ll be joining a select group of professional pet photographers around Australia under the collective group Tails of Australia to embark on our own versions of this fantastic project. Head on over to the  to stay updated with the latest news from each city project.

Tails of Brisbane will be an ambitious personal project I’ll be taking on over the next year. It will document the many unique sights of our sunshine state capital and the dogs who live here through beautifully-styled, professionally produced full colour photographs. I’ll be photographing over 100 dogs specifically for the project at locations all over Brisbane – historic buildings, iconic structures and bridges, suburban parks, dog-friendly cafés and venues, farmers markets, special events and unique suburbs.

The end result will be a high quality limited edition hardcover coffee table book, available for purchase in time for Christmas 2016. The perfect Christmas gift for the Brisbane dog lover!

The main aim of the project is to raise funds for selected Brisbane pet rescue organisations, so a portion of the session fee, book sales and product purchases will be donated upon conclusion of the project in late 2016.

Applications will open later this week, so stay tuned for the launch! Keep an eye on my Facebook page (and the Tails of Australia Facebook page) and make sure you’re signed up to my newsletter (subscribe at the bottom of this page) to ensure you don’t miss out.

What would a blog post be without some eye candy? Below is a small selection of images to give you an idea of the style of images and types of locations that will be included in the Tails of Brisbane book.
