Roxy in the Pine Forest

Can anyone guess the two breeds that Roxy is a mix of? Size-wise, she's about 22kg (48 pounds).

It's a magical time of year to be shooting here in Brisbane, with perfect weather and everything still looking lush after a wet summer.

The pine forest was looking especially nice last week, especially with the addition of this gorgeous gal - Roxy!

Roxy's photo session was a surprise (and I mean surprise, he had no idea until arriving at the location!) present for her Dad's 40th birthday. We spent a glorious couple of hours exploring the forest tracks and chasing the setting sun through the trees.

Roxy had the time of her life too - there's something about being the centre of attention during a shoot that makes them feel so special!
